Recent Projects.

Airspace Group recently gained planning consent from The City of Westminster for our rooftop proposal to the listed Oslo Court opposite Regent’s Park in St John’s Wood. The project will deliver four new homes as well as significant benefits to the existing building and has strong support from the building’s residents. Councillors at the planning committee were effusive about the scheme, voting unanimously for approval.

The project will provide new green roofs, better insulated building fabric and solar panels for the benefit of the building’s common parts. The new apartments will be operationally zero carbon. At the planning committee, Councillor Ryan Jude said “I think it’s a great application, a retrofirst approach to Conservation.”

Similarly, consent was granted from London Borough of Camden for the creation of eight new rooftop apartments at Darwin Court, in Primrose Hill (London Borough of Camden). This transformative project not only adds much-needed housing to the area but also delivers a host of benefits to the existing building and its residents.

Key improvements include enhanced fire safety measures, new roofs, new bin and bike storage, upgraded landscaping, new lifts in each block and platform lifts for step-free access, installation of PV panels for reduced carbon emissions and lower energy costs, and contributions towards Affordable Housing.
