Working in partnership with the Freeholder of Wimbledon Close, Airspace are developing plans for a rooftop development and programme of upgrades to the existing buildings.

The proposal will create 9 new residential apartments and deliver benefits for existing residents.

On this website, you can find out more about the proposal, the benefits to the building, timing, information about us and how you can give feedback and get involved in further consultation.

We held an online consultation event on 6th December 2025 for residents and neighbours to attend and find out more. Thank you to everyone who attended.
